C-Bus Toolkit is the essential software for network-level diagnosis, programming and commissioning. Without it, a technician is working blind — they can replace hardware but they can't see the network or fix software faults.
How many C-Bus systems have they worked on? Do they work on residential and commercial? Have they dealt with fault finding, not just new installs? Generic automation experience doesn't equal C-Bus specialist experience.
