How is the contract price set? +
Contract pricing is based on the size and complexity of your C-Bus installation, your required visit frequency and any additional inclusions. We assess the system and provide a fixed annual price — you'll know your maintenance budget before signing.
Can I get a C-Bus service contract for a strata building? +
Yes — strata common-area C-Bus systems are a core part of our contract maintenance work. We provide written reports after every visit formatted for strata body corporate records, and can coordinate with strata managers and building managers directly.
What happens if I need a reactive callout between scheduled visits? +
Contract clients receive priority access for reactive callouts — you go to the front of the scheduling queue. We also offer a discounted callout rate for reactive work carried out under a service contract.
