What does a Dynalite service contract include? +
Our Dynalite service contracts include scheduled maintenance visits (annual, biannual or quarterly), DynaNet bus diagnostics using DynaDesign/Envision software, physical inspection, scene verification, priority reactive callout access and written reports after every visit.
How is Dynalite contract pricing determined? +
Pricing is based on the complexity of your Dynalite installation, number of devices, visit frequency and any additional inclusions. We assess the system and provide a fixed annual price before any agreement is signed.
Do you service Dynalite in strata common areas under a contract? +
Yes — strata common-area Dynalite systems are a core part of our contract work. Written reports are formatted for body corporate records, and we can coordinate with strata managers and building managers directly.
What if there's a fault between scheduled visits? +
Contract clients have priority reactive access. When a fault occurs between scheduled visits, you go to the front of the queue. Reactive work carried out under a service contract is also provided at a discounted rate.
Can a Dynalite contract include DALI maintenance? +
Yes — many Dynalite systems in commercial buildings control DALI-addressed drivers. We can include DALI bus maintenance within a Dynalite service contract, or you can opt for a multi-system contract covering all your lighting control systems.
