Our service contracts can cover all major lighting control systems: Clipsal C-Bus, Philips Dynalite, DALI and DALI-2, and RAPIX. Most commercial and strata buildings run a combination of these, and a single contract can cover all of them.
How is contract pricing determined? +
Pricing is based on system complexity, number of systems, building size and visit frequency. We assess your system and provide a fixed annual price. Most clients find the contract cost is significantly less than the equivalent reactive repair costs in a year without scheduled maintenance.
What documentation do I receive under a service contract? +
After every maintenance visit you receive a written report documenting system health, faults found, actions taken and recommendations. Contract clients also receive an annual health summary report suitable for capital works planning and budget preparation.
Can I include emergency lighting in a lighting control service contract? +
Yes — we can include emergency lighting maintenance (monthly flick test reporting, annual discharge testing, AFSS-related compliance) within a lighting control service contract for buildings where we manage both systems.
